Return Policy
At MONODESK, we strive to provide the highest quality products for your setup. Please review our return policy carefully as different product categories have different return terms.
Flash Drop Products
Due to the unique group-buy nature of Flash Drops—where manufacturing and importing is done exactly to the order quantity to provide extreme discounts—all Flash Drop sales are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
1. MONODESK Direct Products
For standard products fulfilled directly by MONODESK (excluding Flash Drops), we offer a 7-Day Replacement Policy for manufacturing defects or transit damage.
- To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories included.
- Returns for "change of mind" are generally not accepted, as we heavily subsidize shipping costs.
2. Affiliate Products (Amazon & Meesho)
Many products on our platform are curated from trusted partners like Amazon and Meesho. When you purchase an affiliate product, you are completing the transaction on their respective platforms.
- Amazon Returns: Please follow Amazon's standard return process through your Amazon account. Most electronics and accessories have a 7-day replacement policy.
- Meesho Returns: Please initiate the return through the Meesho app/website. Meesho typically offers easy returns within 7 days.
- MONODESK cannot process returns or issue refunds for items purchased via external affiliate links.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective item from a MONODESK Direct order (including Flash Drops):
- Record an unboxing video clearly showing the sealed package and the defect.
- Email the video and your Order ID to support@monodesk.in within 48 hours of delivery.
- Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds for MONODESK Direct orders are processed within 5-7 business days via Razorpay and will automatically reflect in your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Card).
