Welcome to MONODESK (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website at monodesk.in (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase or using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using this Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MONODESK.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Platform. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent. By using our Platform, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Platform Use & Intellectual Property

MONODESK provides an e-commerce platform for purchasing premium desk setup equipment, tech accessories, and related products. All content, design, trademarks, logos, graphics, and structure of this Platform are the intellectual property of MONODESK and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission. You agree to use this Platform only for lawful purposes.

4. Account Registration & Security

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information.
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at support@monodesk.in of any unauthorized use or security breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

5. Products, Pricing & Currency

All prices displayed on MONODESK are in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to:

  • Correct any pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
  • Modify product prices without prior notice.
  • Limit order quantities at our discretion.
  • Discontinue any product at any time.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance due to photography, screen settings, or minor manufacturing variations.

6. Orders & Payments

All payments on MONODESK are processed securely through Razorpay, which uses bank-grade 256-bit SSL encryption and complies with PCI DSS Level 1 security standards. Supported payment methods include:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
  • Debit & Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express)
  • Net Banking (all major Indian banks)
  • Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, Freecharge, etc.)

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • The payment method belongs to you or you have authorization to use it.
  • Sufficient funds are available for the transaction.
  • The billing and shipping information provided is accurate.

MONODESK does not store any card details. All sensitive payment data is handled exclusively by Razorpay. An order is confirmed only upon successful payment verification.

7. Shipping Policy

MONODESK ships to all states and union territories across India. Our shipping terms are as follows:

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders with a cart value of ₹300 or above, delivered anywhere in India.
  • Orders below ₹300 will incur a standard shipping fee calculated at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days for standard shipping, depending on your location.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
  • Shipments are tracked via Shiprocket. You will receive tracking information via email once your order is dispatched.

MONODESK is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Flash Drops & Group Buying

Flash Drops are specialized group-buy events exclusive to MONODESK that offer significant discounts through collective purchasing. By participating, you agree to the following:

  • When you join a Flash Drop, an authorization hold is placed on your payment method via Razorpay. Your card or account is not charged at this point.
  • If the drop reaches its target within the specified timeframe, the payment is captured and manufacturing/shipping begins.
  • If the drop fails to reach its target, the authorization hold is automatically released and you are not charged any amount.
  • Flash Drop items are manufactured and imported to order based on confirmed demand. Due to this unique model, all Flash Drop sales are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage.
  • Flash Drop pricing, availability, targets, and timelines are determined solely by MONODESK and may change without notice.
  • MONODESK reserves the right to cancel any Flash Drop at its discretion, in which case all authorization holds will be voided.

9. Third-Party Affiliate Links

MONODESK curates products from trusted suppliers including Amazon and Meesho. Some product listings include affiliate links to these third-party platforms.

  • MONODESK may earn a commission from purchases made through these affiliate links at no extra cost to you.
  • When purchasing through an affiliate link, you are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of that third-party platform.
  • MONODESK is not responsible for the fulfillment, shipping, returns, refunds, or customer service of products purchased on third-party sites.
  • Pricing on affiliate products is controlled by the respective platform and may differ from what is displayed on MONODESK at the time of purchase.

10. Coupon Codes & Promotions

  • Coupon codes and promotional discounts are valid only for the specified period and terms.
  • Coupons cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
  • MONODESK reserves the right to revoke or modify any promotion without prior notice.
  • Abuse of promotional codes may result in order cancellation and account suspension.

11. Returns & Refunds

For standard MONODESK Direct products (excluding Flash Drops), we offer a 7-day replacement policy for manufacturing defects or transit damage. For affiliate orders, the respective platform's return policy applies. For full details, please refer to our Return Policy page.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein. We comply with applicable Indian data protection laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • MONODESK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
  • MONODESK is not liable for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
  • We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MONODESK, its founders, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be:

  • First addressed through good-faith negotiation by contacting us at support@monodesk.in.
  • If unresolved, submitted to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India.
  • The seat of arbitration shall be as determined by MONODESK.

16. Modifications to Terms

MONODESK reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. The “Last Updated” date at the bottom of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
