Free Shipping on Orders Over ₹300
All MONODESK Direct orders with a cart value of ₹300 or more qualify for free standard shipping to any address across India — all states and union territories included.
1. Shipping Coverage
MONODESK ships to all states and union territories across India, including remote and rural areas. We partner with Shiprocket for reliable nationwide delivery through their network of trusted courier partners.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location, courier availability, and external factors such as weather or holidays.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- An email with your Shiprocket tracking link and tracking ID.
- Real-time tracking updates via the Track Order page on our website.
- SMS notifications for key delivery milestones (if phone number is provided).
5. Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are typically processed and dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on weekends/holidays are processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after successful payment via Razorpay.
6. Affiliate Product Shipping
For products purchased via affiliate links (Amazon, Meesho), shipping is handled entirely by the respective platform. MONODESK's shipping policy, including the free shipping threshold, does not apply to affiliate purchases. Please refer to the shipping policy of the respective platform for details.
7. Flash Drop Shipping
Flash Drop orders have special shipping timelines due to the group-buy manufacturing model:
- Manufacturing begins only after the drop reaches its target.
- Estimated shipping time for Flash Drop items is 2–4 weeks after the drop closes successfully.
- You will receive tracking information once the item is manufactured and shipped.
8. Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unclaimed package, or refusal of delivery:
- The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
- After failed attempts, the package is returned to our warehouse.
- Re-shipping charges may apply. Contact support@monodesk.in for assistance.
9. Damaged During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please refer to our Return Policy for instructions on how to report and resolve the issue.
